orange cake

For my hubby birthday..i just made an orange cake with this recipe:

ORANGE CAKE
Ingredients :
6 yolks
4 egg white
125 gr caster sugar
110 gr cake flour
15 gr cornstarch
10 gr milk powder
10 gr baking powder
80 gr unsalted butter
50 ml orange juice
1 t grated lemon rind

Simple syrup :
30 gr sugar
30 ml water
1 t lemon juice


How to :
Shift flour, cornflour, baking powder and milk powder into a big mixing bowl.
Put together in a medium sauce-pan: butter. Cook on low heat, stir until soft and well blended, removed from heat.
Add eggs, yolks, and sugar. Beat in high speed until double-sized and thick (this could take about 7 to 10 minutes depends on your electric mixer).
Add grated lemon rind, stir well. Add orange juice , flour mixture.fold in carefully.
Pour and divide evenly into prepared tins. Bake for 20-35 minutes until the surface is springy when touch.

simple cheese cake


to make this simple cheese cake..i'm using a simple recipe from a butter cake.

Vanilla Buttercake
Source : 'Australian Woman's Weekly' Book

90 g butter,softened
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup (110 g) caster sugar
2 eggs
1 cup (150 g) self-raising flour
2 tablespoons milk

Preheat oven to moderate (180 ÂșC). Line 6-hole tex or 12-hole standard muffin pan with paper cases.
Beat butter, extract, sugar, eggs, flour and milk in small bowl with electric mixer on low speed until ingredients are just combined. Increase speed to medium, beat until mixture is changed to a paler colour.
Divide mixture among cases, smooth surface.
Bake large cakes about 25 minutes, small cakes about 20 minutes. Turn cakes onto wire rack to cool.

chocolate cupcake


to make this chocolate cupcake, i just use the recipe from white chocolate cupcake. and a little combination from the recipe so i got this:

Ingredients:
100g dark cooking chocolate
200g unsalted butter
3 eggs
80g caster sugar
120g self-raising flour
50 ml fresh milk
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
30gr cocoa powder


How-to:
Line and grease a deep 20cm (8 in) round loose-bottomed tin. Preheat the oven to 170C/325F/gas mark 3. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of hot water.
Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. It looks a bit pale on this stage and sugar has incorporated. Add melted chocolate and eggs, beat again for 3 minutes.
Add sifted flour, baking powder and milk alternately. Mix well.
Pour onto prepared tin or cupcakes tins. Bake for 35 minutes.
Decorate and enjoy....

white chocolate cupcake

Bandeng Kremes


Secara umum, caranya sama dengan ayam kremes hanya saja..bahan yang digunakan adalah bandeng.
Bandeng nya tidak perlu di rebus/ungkep dengan bumbu.

Cara:
Dengan bumbu yang sama seperti apada pembuatan ayam kremes, campur bumbu dengan kaldu ayam. Buat adonan tepung..dan masukkan bandeng yang sudah di rendam dalam air jeruk nipis.
Goreng..sajikan..:)
